By accessing or using Zolumi, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not access our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients.
Zolumi provides AI-assisted social video production services. We script, produce, edit, and brand-finish social videos based on client briefs. Turnaround times begin after brief confirmation, not submission.
We offer one free video to new clients who complete an intro call. The free video includes one 15-second video, three hook variations, and a full script. No revisions are included on the free video. One free video per business.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically on the same date each month. All prices are in USD. We do not offer refunds on monthly subscription fees except as described in our money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied with your first paid video, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of that month's subscription.
You may cancel at any time before your next billing date. No cancellation fees. You retain access and all videos until the end of your current billing period. Videos delivered before cancellation remain yours to keep and use.
Upon delivery and payment, you own the final video files in full. You may use them for any commercial purpose. Zolumi retains the right to use produced videos as portfolio samples unless you request otherwise in writing.
You may not use Zolumi to produce content that is illegal, defamatory, deceptive, or harmful. We reserve the right to decline briefs that violate these terms and to cancel accounts that repeatedly submit inappropriate content.
Zolumi is not responsible for the performance of videos once delivered. Results from advertising depend on many factors outside our control including ad spend, targeting, and market conditions. Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the current billing month.
