When you use Zolumi, we collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, business information, and the content of your video briefs. We also collect basic usage data (pages visited, actions taken) to improve the product.
We do not sell your data. We do not share your personal information with third parties except as required to operate the service (payment processing via Stripe, email delivery).
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We do not run ads.
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel and delete your account, we remove your personal information within 30 days. Delivered video files are stored for 90 days after delivery.
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to delete your account, or ask us to correct any information at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within 48 hours.
We use industry-standard encryption and security practices. Your payment information is processed by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
